[DeTomaso] TIG Welders?

Looking at welders, a client recommended a Miller 220, but they are $4K.  Anyone know if Eastwood welders are any good:

this seems to have a lot of the features of the Miller, less than half the price.  The client said the Miller 220 does a lot for you to get a good weld:
