[DeTomaso] Remote mirror controls

That's it but there were 2 sitting side by side in an aluminum casing. It's
no wonder it catches on things and breaks.

Since it doesn't take much effort to move, I 'd just cut it down to the
nub. If you wanted to attach something decorative that would work.

Jeff - mine now uses a single 2 mirror toggle switch.
