[DeTomaso] No Fuse for MSD Ignition

Yes people have been bothered by this for at least 15 years.
But, earlier they had a ton of complaints about conducted and radiated 
electrical noise and I'm sure that
- Connect direct to battery terminals with no fuse -
was the response and the idea was to minimize the source resistance in 
the high-current supply line.
