I have a set of the Summit Racing aluminum (anodized) wrenches and haven't scratched anything.

They all seem to be aluminum, but I think they can still scratch the anodizing.  There are adjustable "crescent" type wrenches with wide surfaces that look like they may be better:

Just wondering if anyone has experience with similar tools.
