[DeTomaso] Anyone Using an In-Tank Fuel Pump for an EFI?

What I found recommended a 100 micron filter before the pump and a 10 micron after, for EFI.  40 micron after for a carb.  A fuel sock may be equivalent to a 100 micron filter.

I copied this too.  That was a long time ago.

I have a pipe elbow to a large canister filter, and then to the mech fuel pump.  It tucks up nice and tight, and doesn’t leak.

I know, you’re not supposed to put a filter before the pump.  This is a very large wire mesh filter, not unlike a fuel sick.
