[DeTomaso] Tie rod ends

Nancy,

Clean the hole in the steering arm and the surface of the tie rod end with brake cleaner.  A bit of percussive engineering on the top of the tie rod end should help it to seat in the tapered hole in the spindle.  You can also use a large pair of channel lock pliers to pinch it downward and get it to stick to the steering arm. Also, if you use an impact tool instead of a conventional ratchet or wrench, that might help?
