[DeTomaso] [EXTERNAL] NPC short vid of a friends T-6 in flight

Marshall, are you thinking that non-spinning wheels provide a little bit 
of lift and reduce the amount of water spun up and around? I cranked one 
of the videos up to full-screen HD and all I could tell is that there is 
no evolution of the wheel-wake after it first touches. That sounds like 
non-spinning.
