[DeTomaso] Anybody know this car

Car appears to have dash-1 transaxle which has different gearing than dash-2. Engine builder is no slouch either and with the single plane intake should make serious top end power. Anyone with enough expertise to put that body back together probably already has more projects than time. Seriously below value at this time, especially if transaxle is good.
