Update on this thing.
The Mastercard billing went to an ecommerce site in India, CLEO 
ECOMMERCE 980
Mastercard says they're OK for security, and if they don't deliver, MC 
will charge them back.
And they will monitor the card for all new charges.

The vendor sent an order acknowledgement on Monday and a China Post 
tracking number today.
The number is real but has no status, so CP doesn't have the parcel yet.

We shall see.
I was just expecting 50 bucks worth of crappy plastic, so the 
"full-metal" claim is unlikely.
If I didn't have other things I'd rather be doing, this would be 
interesting.

By all means, hold off ordering until I can tell you about the outcome.
