Freakin' awesome!   Waaaay to close to the ground.  Here is my experience in a SNJ-4, which I think has the same
600hp Turbo-Charged Pratt & Whitney.  Incredible sound.  Nothing like it. IMHO  

Not trying to one-up, but want to share an incredible experience if anyone gets to Sandy Eggo.

With this ride we went about 5 mi out from San Diego and did a ton of combat maneuvers. If you have some stick-time
he will do one, then let you do one. That is "Tail Spin" giving me my ground school.  Basically;  If he says "Bail Bail Bail"
you probably won't hear the last one because he will be gone. When you jump, aim for the wing, that way the tail won't
hit you as it goes by.  Hmmm. Always good to know.  They have a Stearman also, but I haven't tried that yet.

    I think there are other youtubes of his performances.

    At one time he was in the top 5 aerobatic pilots in the world. At that 
    time he had a YAK and his practice Aero Box was above the farm.  While 
    he was practicing I would just stop the tractor and watch.

    He and his wife also have a Stearman.  He flies and she wing walks in 
    their airshows.

    He also has one of the few WWII Wildcats still fling.
