[DeTomaso] Late L engine screen wanted

Dzus fasteners are a quarter turn positive lock fastener invented by an Ukrainian William Dzus in the early 30's (apparently without any help from the Bidens). Other manufacturers simply use their own proprietary name for a Dzus fastener e.g. Camloc, Airlock etc. but they are all essentially Dzus fasteners.

Dzus have the retaining spring underneath while Camloc have it on the body.  So I guess that means Pantera fasteners are Camloc and NOT Dzus, countering everything I had ever heard for the past 30 years.

Fascinating. I love that I’m always learning, frequently from my own mistakes, and am grateful to people who are willing to set me straight!
