[DeTomaso] Distributor / Radio Plate

When originals got up around the $300 price point PI (possibly in conjunction with others) tooled up and reproduced the radio delete plate, the originals were plastic anyway. I see PIM are pretty proud of them at $125 ea, but they do look the part for originality.
I still have a flip face CD with the chrome style sticker that reproduces the delete plate look when off.

I believe I got a black plastic radio slot blanking plate from Steve Wilkinson and glued a small logo patch on it. IIRC it was plain as it came from him.

Listers,
Does anyone have any experience with the Holley Hyperspark distributor? I'm
considering using the Sniper system on my new engine and would like to use
their distributor but I'm concerned it won't have enough clearance at the
bulkhead or the engine screen. Mine is a '74 which I think has a little
more room than the earlier cars, but don't remember for sure. Holley sent
me the dimensions so I'm going to use them to try to estimate the spacing.
Also, who sells good radio (delete) plates these days--I want to remove my
old Alpine radio which isn't even connected to anything anymore...
Thanks,
Richard
