Mike,

The headers that I offer are built to order and can be had in most any configuration that the customer requires.
The typical setup features stepped ( 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" ) primaries and a 3" merge collector. Most of the details can be tailored to exactly what is needed.

Thanks,
Ron

The Windsor version uses a 3-inch collector and the Cleveland uses 3.5-inch! 180 headers need a much smaller collector than standard headers for peak power and torque. Dan Jones mentioned that yesterday. I can’t remember what he recommended but I think it might be more like 2-inch.

The existing 180 competitors on the market all suffer from being
built by well-intentioned people who don't understand the
fundamental differences between them and standard headers. The
Windsor version uses a 3-inch collector and the Cleveland uses
3.5-inch! 180 headers need a much smaller collector than standard

So, tell us more about yours?

They are available for the standard 9.2" deck height , 9.5" deck
height ,8.2" deck height and your choice of Windsor , Cleveland or
     Yates head .
