Competitiveness may be nice, but the fun is in tearing ass around a
racetrack in the car you love, is it not?
No doubt at some point someone will appear in your sights, front or
rear, and you will be soaked head-to-toe in the thrill of duking it
out.
Well done, sir!

GT1. #24522 (Steven Lisa) Request to Re-list 1972-73 Pantera as an
authorized GT1 vehicle:

In GT1, re-list and classify the DeTomaso Pantera (72-73) as follows:

“Wheelbase 99.0 in”

Notes: “Must comply with all current SCCA GT1 specifications.”
The SCCA issued SN 5533 a GT1 logbook (in addition to its existing
SCCA
ITE) at Portland this summer. That at least means I can race it at
some
historic SCCA events in addition to vintage racing. It certainly
won't be
competitive in GT1. But, that gives some great venues and will bring
back
some great memories.

Steven G. Lisa, Esq.
