[DeTomaso] Anyone familiar with this car?

Julian,

No, the US GTS used a standard L-model plastic dash with the clock added. Only the Euro GTS used a fiberglass dash, usually upholstered with Alcantara (“mouse fur”) but occasionally vinyl.
