[DeTomaso] Anyone familiar with this car?

Yes, absolutely. No Pantera was ever sold in the US (apart from a handful in the 1980s) with anything other than standard 7- and 8-inch wheels. The 10-inch wheels were an aftermarket addition made by individual owners.
