[DeTomaso] Turn signal cancel cam (steering column)

Dear Charlie,

             Your forthright and candid description of your accidental 
turn signal repair reminds me of some of my own repair jobs at 
PRI----they accidentally worked and I was not sure why!  In any event, 
it was successful, so keep wrenching.
