Doug - it's a lovely part of Spain to go play - I wish we had known that
you were coming, since you literally might have driven right past our
house!! The roads are in very good condition for the most part, lightly
travelled, beautiful scenery, and lots of curves!
This past weekend was a mega-huge car event in Santander - you weren't here
this past weekend, were you? You missed a great time if you were, and might
have shared the ferry with some pretty impressive cars that made the trip
from England for the event. You mention that you saw sheep - we saw cows.
See photographic proof of having crossed paths with cows. Cows that had
eaten. And completed their digestion.
Also a shot of the parking at dinner one night - the DeTomaso Deauville of
Roger and Thelma Brotton just turning into the line to park. Any trips
planned to return to Spain in the future?
