Yes, collectors do not drive their cars so it doesn't matter if they overhead or don't stop.
When I bought my car in 1989 there was an orange 1974 for sale with like 3000 or 7000 miles on it, bone stock
I passed on it because I didn't like the color, it was a 74 with even more smog stuff, and it was more expensive
