[DeTomaso] Pantera Sighting

So my daughter is going to University in Canada. She saw this car in the 
parking lot of her Gym in Kanata this weekend.
Looks like it has dealer plates hanging from the back, she didn't get 
the vin or plate numbers. Anyone know this car & as a matter of trivial 
pursuit, how many Panteras are there in the Ottawa area?
