Posting photos on Facebook etc. you knowingly accept they are in the public domain and rescind any copyright unless expressly stated.

To be original enough for copyright protection, a work needs to be created by the author themselves, and must have some minimal amount of creativity."  That is debatable in this case 😉 ; you lift someone else's photo ignoring their copyright, add a slogan and it's a copyright work of art?
