Mark,
I think the MC size depends on the caliper pistons.

  Ken,
I'll send you the What I am using for master cylinder sizes. I talked
to the guys a Tilton and they were very helpful.

I know about the pedal ratios, I didn't want to dent the wall of the

Also, the ratio of MC bores to caliper piston areas is part of the
equation.  It looks like 0.75 MCs and the fairly large Porsche 996
Turbo caliper pistons I am using come out about right.

If you are converting the stock pedal assembly to non vacuum assisted,
the pedal effort will increase. Willwood manual pedal assy. is 6:1 and
power brakes are between 5:1 and 4:1.

    Hi Les,
Any idea what you would want for the pedal assembly casting?
I used a Tilton 7/16 balance bar on the prototype, and it placed
the MC shafts where some of the webbing is on the pedal side, so I
  had
to cut into the webbing.  I found a 1/2 inch Tilton balance bar and
  it
is wider, so I can avoid the webbing.  I did basically the same as
Goran did before me (see attachment).  I like this a lot better than
something that is in front of the casting, I think Dennis Quela has
    something like that.
So you are back in California?
