[DeTomaso] Oil drain plug seal

Wow.  I had the same problem.  I feel like we¹re a bunch of old guys
talking about losing bladder control or something.

I tried a different approach.  I welded an old ARP nut onto the pan.  That
way I can crank it down without worrying about stripping threads, plus it
provides a smooth sealing surface.  No - I don¹t torque it to 75 ft-lbs,
but it¹s nice knowing I¹ll never strip the threads.
