Yes, it was disappointing email response. I appreciated the kind words from those who know me. And no, we have yet to represent (or even pitch) any oil change business. Though, we would happily accept the work, LOL.
I hope that cooler heads prevail in the POCA leadership than occurred in this unfortunate attack.
