[DeTomaso] Battery Tie Down Tray for Optima

Is it too late to braze a new bracket where it belongs?

If not, I have a spare battery hold down set up.

Option two would be to install other hold down system with sheet metal
screws
and I'd probably pick one with a wide footprint flange and also use J/B
Weld on the bottom.

Option three could be a sideways strap that attaches to the firewall behind
the battery instead of the floor below the battery.

Option four are those little clip style hold downs that just grip the lip
on the base of the battery.
those would also have to be mounted with bolts, plastic welding or brazing.
