Dear Forum and Larry (in Cleveland),

On the lighter side, this is from the WSJ columnist, Joe
Queenan regarding the pomposity of artisanal food extended to the
automotive world.

"Inevitably, artisanal language will spread to other
commercial enterprises.

"Our bespoke spark plugs are made of Macedonian tungsten
with a gentle filigree of Trans-Carpathian aluminum embedded in beguilingly
fluted nitrous encasing," your local garage will announce. "We also offer
en-suite rack-and-pinion steering kitted out with scajou en persiflage."

                                     Warmest regards, Chuck Engles (en
persiflage)
