The horn relay will (I presume) have four wires attached to it.   You 
should be able to detect it by process of elimination.   You can place your 
fingers on the relays and feel them 'click' when things come to life.   Didn't 
you already replace one or more of your A/C relays?   You can obviously 
eliminate those, and if you don't remember which ones they are, just turn the A/C 
on and off and feel which relays actuate.   Your turn signal flasher will 
click when those are running, and your headlight door relays is a big monster. 
  

It shouldn't take long for you to run out of relays to look at....
