As evidence of my platform on helping POCA grow, I've said that we need to
give all the non-member Pantera owners out there a reason to join the club,
how about FREE dues?  That's about the savings you will realize with a POCA
discount on Collector Car Insurance thru either American Modern or Heacock,
both are now offering a 5% discount to POCA members.  If you would like the
