Speaking of the dyno project, we should have an opportunity to dyno test a
set of Scott Cook's CNC machined Cleveland cylinder heads and matching dual
plane intake in the near future. I run one of his intakes on my 403C but
this will the first time we've had our hands on Scott's cylinder heads.

inquiry regarding the Speedmaster parts comes from the unbiased and
objective dyno testing done by Dan Jones with Dave McLain.A A They
have produced a number of Cleveland engine variations, which have
been tested.A A Note that all the tests are done on the same dyno
so that the results are far more reliable than magazine dyno test
reports or manufacturer's claims.
A A A A A A They donate a goodly amount of their time.A The
dyno time is still a cost and the more *donations* that they have,
then the more testing will result.

earned such
a bad reputation they had to rename the company.A We dyno tested
the
Procomp copy of the CHI Cleveland heads and they were 50 HP down on
a 351C
to the real CHI heads and 20 HP down to the OEM cast iron Cleveland
heads.
