[DeTomaso] Windshields

Leaking windshields are usually caused by a poor windshield gasket. I know of several vendors that sell new windshield rubber that
if used, you will almost be guaranteed a leak. The same vendors will blame an undersized windshield.

I only recommend using Roland's windshield rubber. I have heard nothing but good reports and results using his rubber.

FYI.I don't know where Bill's windshield came from or the rubber he used.

I did not drive mine to the Rally in Houston everyday, and people asked where my car was, and I replied that I did not drive it
today because the windshield leaks, and their reply (several people) was, "Har, Har, don't you know all Pantera windshields leak!"
So, this must be some type of fairly common problem. By the way, mine has been installed twice trying to stop the leaking.
