 I found a guy in Georgia that refurbed my clock in 2010. His name is Nick and his email is nrios at earthlink.net.

See the email below with the specifics (as of 2010).

I believe Michael Shortt went to visit him after I posted that I had my clock refurbed by Nick and he gave him the thumbs up.

      Tom,

      Sure I do work on this clock for Fiat and Ferrari clocks as well.

      The cost to restore the clock is as follows:

      $25.00 Service Fee

      $ 6.00 USPS Priority Mail

      $ 3.00 Mail Insurance ($100 Declared Value – optional but recommended)

      The clock will be cleaned, oiled, adjustment knob gear replaced, hands adjusted, new crystal, and bezel trim polished to remove scratches. The clock will then be subjected to a 24 hour burn-in to insure it is operating perfectly before it is shipped back to you.

      You can send the clock (package is in bubble wrap securely) and ship in a medium size box to:

      Nicolas Rios

      14 Silver Oak Court

      Pooler, GA  312322

      As soon as the clock/package is received I will send you an email and 3-4 days later the clock is ready to ship and I’ll send you an email how to pay the above fees by PayPal unless you submit payment with the clock, it is up to you on payment.

All,

   Anyone know of a shop that repairs Veglia gauges? My water temp
gauge
   is malfunctioning and would like to have it repaired. I also have a

Veglia clock (mechanical, not digital) that needs work as well.
