Yup, looks like the old Holley pump that was purchased (or ripped off) by a Chinese company. 
BTW - the one pictured is not a Cleveland pump as the bolt holes are in the wrong locations.
Probably will work fine, but I went with the RobbMC pump for my Cleveland.http://www.robbmcperformance.com/products/ford550.html
