I am 73, and have entered a new faze in life, medically/anatomically/etc.,
speaking.  E.g., many times now I may eat only one meal a day, and have
several snacks otherwise.  Many aches/pains that a couple of years ago, I
would have gone to the ER, or to the doctor at least, and now I just wait
and they go away.  I could to on, but not really interesting generally

Sean,
Although aging does bring  a long list of problems I'm not sure your
particular problem is necessarily "age related".
Often times allergic reactions occur or develop when one formerly had none
associated with contact  to the same items or conditions. It may also be
that recent changes in some of the chemical composition of oil, gas and
other substances used in automotive applications have changed.  I would
suggest (if I may) that a consultation with a Dermatologist and or an
Allergist / Immunologist may help you identify more specifically the source
of your problem and besides possibly finding a remedy you may find it is
not related to the aging process.
