[DeTomaso] DeTomaso brand for sale

US Trademark law also requires that the owner use the name for its intended
use or category to maintain exclusive use, I doubt Wilkinson legitimately
owns "Pantera" for automobile production since they haven't manufactured
any cars.
As we all know, it has been a band, a snowmobile and a bunch of other stuff.
