[DeTomaso] Shift linkage adjustment

I recently had the problem with 1st gear.  It was a loose trunion 
bearing/bushing that allowed the shaft to wobble and subsequently 
reduced travel of the shifter shaft .  Tightened it up and all was well 
again.
