Anybody heading down from Utah (Salt Lake city) or going through that area?
I will be trailering a car (not a Pantera, unfortunately)

Let me know. Maybe we can meet up.

Lynn

The drive into the San Antonio area on I-10 is pretty. It is interstate,
and I think the speed limit is 75mph or maybe 80mph. Fun trip.

Kerrville is a good stop too.

Only 300-400 miles each day? It's going to take you forever.

East of Junction, watch for deer.

There are speed traps in that part of Texas, at least there were 15 years
ago. You don't have to worry about the interstate. After all, the limit is
pretty high.

Fredericksburg is pretty. Downtown looks like the old "drag" from the
1950's. If you like parks, check out Enchanted Rock. It's a nice park with
hiking, and huge round boulders that you can climb (with paths, pretty
safe). Buzzards like to roost on top. The view is pretty cool on top. Get
there early.

Try to stay off the interstate after Junction. The highway roads move plenty
fast enough, and it's nicer than being in the interstate.
