[DeTomaso] Pantera on BAT

Seems odd that the owner would go through the hassle/higher insurance costs
of getting 2014 Montana tags when it's been eligible for Maryland Historic
tags (same no tax or emissions tag as the Montana tag) since 1998.

Buyer beware.
