[DeTomaso] Aluminum Flywheels

Emiliano,
 A lighter flywheel allows your engine to rev up faster because it has less
mass then a steel flywheel ( at least that's the principle of the physics
of using a lighter then stock flywheel) I would suggest you read the
numerous posts on the Pantera forum regarding aluminum flywheels. There is
allot of useful information including important issues concerning the
installation of an aluminum flywheel. It is not just a simple switch from
one to the other. If you are not familiar with the forum here is the link.
