[DeTomaso] Marque Recognition?!

So I am stopped at a light today and hear two teenage boys across the street commenting. They are taking pics on their iPhones with headphones intact.

As they started to walk away, one yells " nice Detomaso!"

WTH

What did that little punk say?!?!

No mention of a Corvette? No mistaking it for a Lambo? 

I am dumbfounded.

Just when we were worried about kids today even wanting to drive, let alone understand what a Detomaso is...

There is hope?
