​Really!

Here I am trying to stir up interest in creating a new chapter,
wasting my time it seems.

This ain't no way to run a railroad.

1) clearly the bylaws need to be changed to reflect technology advances.​

2) clearly somebody is owned a huge apology by somebody for that response.

3) The rules are the rules until they are changed, because if they aren't
changed
when needed, like Pampers, they begin to stink.
