Mike,

Very sad news. I've used 2 places that are exceptional. But the best one is Don Byers and Precision ProFormance.
He is honest and a perfectionist.
He has been working on ONLY pantera's for as long as I can remember. At least 25 years.

He recently moved here is his contact information;

Subject: [DeTomaso] Really bad day

Earlier this evening, while I was taking my '73L out for a spin, I was rear
ended by a Hummer H3 as I pulled away from a light.
As you can imagine, I'm pretty depressed.
The car is pretty badly hit, buckled the deck, damaged both rear fenders
including popping the paint off the door edge on the passenger side. Of
course, the bumper, and rear valance are toast. I would guess the frame,
rear suspension maybe tweaked, as well.

Frankly, I'm more that a little worried that the car ever be made right.

Anyway, I'm asking for input on shops in Southern California that have a
good reputation and stand the best chance of fixing the car right. Assuming
insurance doesn't total it.

Thanks for any help.

Mike
