[DeTomaso] Autocross size

Most of our recent auto-X events here in the Pacific Northwest have been run
on an unused airstrip.  Not sure of the width, and there have been a couple
of cars off into the "rough", but if not too long unused the surface should
be great.

What is a good size of land for setting up an autocross course for a
Pantera?

 

To be specific, if I'm going to look for an empty parking lot that could be
used to run an informal autocross, how big should I be looking for? What's
the minimum?
