Julian,

I've asked the TWM guy about IDF throttle bodies, thinking the same thing.  TWM makes both IDA and IDF throttle bodies but doesn't really support the IDF stuff.  You'll have more luck with the VW beetle crowd for IDF stuff.  I went over some of this on my blog.  The IDF throttle bodies from VW beetle suppliers are around $550 for a pair and have flanges that fit IDF manifolds and air cleaners.  

The benefit to the system that Kelly and Dennis Quella uses is the parts.  The throttle bodies are from IPSCO and are good stuff, with o-ring flanges and air stacks that fit with the air cleaners.  Kelly had a bunch of manifolds cast for C302B heads on Windsor blocks but he has also fit the system on a Hall weber manifold.
