Some of you wanted an update when I figured it out.

The problem has been intermittent. I thought it had to do with cool
weather but it didn't. It had to do with rain. We got a ton of rain over
the weekend and I got a ton of water in the fuel system.

With a light rain it was cantankerous when cold but would act good when
warm. Finally got enough rain to shut it down. When I checked the fuel
system, pressure was fine. When I drained the pressure of the gauge water
came out.
