Thanks for the kind remarks guys. Yes, I do have a backfire on closed
throttle. I haven't tracked it down yet - I keep putting off motor work
lest I end up pulling the motor and doing a power build - which I know I
will talk myself into doing as soon as I start.
The roads are here in the bay area in California. I use Google earth to
find good driving roads and then keep them a closely guarded secret, given
the population around here :-)
