Ian, be prepared to replace two square foam doughnuts between the dash and 
the AC outlets in the box. They are nearly always disintegrated when the 
dash comes away. You can scissor some out of 1" thick foam, or buy new from the 
vendors. Also be VERY careful of the fragile paper tubes that connect the 
defroster vents with the heater box. Those are somewhat more expensive to 
replace.   Beyond that, the electrical connector for the seatbelt warning light 
in the middle of the dash is extremely short so the dash will only move a 
couple of inches until you disconnect the wire. Finally, expect to have 
trouble getting the headlight & wiper switch illuminating bulbs snapped back in 
place. My fingers simply were not small enough! All in all, you can remove 
the dash in about an hour; replacing it may take 3X longer....
