[DeTomaso] A/C condensor fan test results

The original thermostat has a sensor mounted thrue a pipe direct in the 
center of the evaporator. Just behind the evaporator is the heater core. So 
it messures the evaporator temp and not the outlet temp. Both temps should 
ideally identicly. But most of the heater valves don't shut down, so the 
outlet temp is usually higher than the evaporator temp.
