Hi Mike,

Hall sold that master cyl a few years ago.  Don't know if they do now, but it can be purchased from these guys:

Scroll down to "Universal fit master cylinders".  It's the "mini aluminum" part #430.  It's all of  $69 !!  
They only sell the master cyl complete, no separate parts are available.  Here's a pic from their website:

If you remove the boot from the cap and thoroughly clean both the boot and the cap, that will stop the leak for
a while.  Possibly a very thin shim between the cap and the boot might work.
