[DeTomaso] 2014 Fun Rally Location

I think it might be a lot of work if we did it ourselves, but maybe we
could work with a local club and, for a modest donation to the club or a
charity of their choice, the club could do the setup, timing and work the
corners.  Then at the end they could work in some fun-runs.

I think it would be a blast for all involved :)
