[DeTomaso] Drop battery box

All,

When I got my barn-find car, it had not had brakes for a while due to a
major leak in the lines leaving the shuttle valve. I replumbed all that
years ago but could tell, there was serious brake fluid damage under the
carpet. Today, I pulled the carpet on my quest to redo the front trunk. No
surprise, the original body paint is all peeled up but luckily I found only
surface rust.

While I have the trunk apart, I want to drop my battery and clean up the
front trunk look. I run an Optima, but do not necessarily want to restrict
my size to it forever and would rather plan for a full-size option.

Is the drop box a simple battery box you can get from Jegs or Summit
(below) or do I need to buy one from a vendor. What have you all done?
